WhistleBlower Programme

We are committed to the highest standards of conduct in our dealings with our employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and the authorities. FairPrice Group’s Whistleblower Programme addresses the commitment to uphold integrity and ethical behaviour by providing a platform for individuals to raise any concerns relating to suspected misconduct. The types of misconduct include:

  1. Violations of the Law/ Act or FairPrice Group policies and procedures;
  2. Fraud, dishonest or deliberate error in the recording and maintaining of the FairPrice Group financial records;
    and
  3. Unethical behaviour that is in violation of FairPrice Group values or code of conduct, which is detrimental to FairPrice Group.

You may choose to direct your concerns and communicate with us anonymously through the Whistleblowing Portal. All correspondence will remain confidential. Please note that all reporting should be made in good faith and without malicious intent or for personal gain.

The Whistleblower Programme is managed by FairPrice Group’s Internal Audit Department with the oversight from Group CEO and the Audit and Risk Committee.
