What is the Cheers Breakfast Club about, and how did it start?

We’re glad you asked! It’s simple, we wanted to encourage and fuel P6 students as they study for the PSLE. We understand how stressful the exam season can be for both parents and children, so we wanted to bring a little cheer to your day by ensuring that every child can their days strong with a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

How has the Cheers Breakfast Club positively impacted communities over the past three years?

Over the past three years, the Cheers Breakfast Club initiative, supported by the FairPrice Foundation, has grown steadily. To date, it has distributed more than 36,000 breakfast bundles, valued at approximately $780,000, across 110 Cheers and FairPrice Xpress locations to support the community – encouraging and fuelling Primary 6 students as they prepare for the PSLE.

How can I redeem the free Cheers Breakfast Club bundle? Must my child be present to in order to redeem it?

Redemption is quick and simple! You can visit any of our participating stores and present one of the following verification documents to our cashier:

Accepted Documents: Primary 6 Student ID (EZ-Link) or PSLE Examination Slip (Physical or Digital/EZ-Link app copies accepted).
Do children need to be present? No. Parents or guardians may collect on behalf of their child by presenting the child’s student ID or exam slip.

Note: Redemptions are strictly limited to one (1) bundle per student, while stocks lasts, to ensure fair distribution across our community.

What is included in the breakfast bundle and how were the items selected?

Each Cheers Breakfast Club bundle is carefully curated with everyday breakfast essentials to give students a great start to their day!

Note: All items are carefully curated for freshness. In the event of stock unavailability, individual items may be substituted with similar products.

What are the dates and timing that customers can redeem the Cheers Breakfast Club bundle?

Bundles can be redeemed during the following period, while stocks last:

Launch Day: 3 September (starting at 1:00 PM)
Campaign Window: 3 September to 6 September (during participating store operating hours)

Please refer to our Participating Store L ocator List to confirm which Cheers and FairPrice Xpress outlets are offering redemptions before heading down.

Can I exchange any items in the bundle? What if my child has certain dietary restrictions?

All bundle items are fixed and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.

If your child has dietary restrictions or food allergies, please carefully review the ingredient list and allergen labels on each product package prior to consumption. Cheers, FairPrice Xpress, and FairPrice Foundation are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from product consumption.

Will I have to wait for a long time to redeem the bundle? Will this take time out of my child’s revision?

We aim to make collection as quick and seamless as possible so your child can get straight back to their routine!

To help us speed up the process:

Have your child’s EZ-Link Card or PSLE Examination Slip ready for verification before reaching the counter.
Collection takes just a few seconds once documents are verified!

Parents are welcome to collect on behalf of their child so students can stay focused on their studies.

Are all the breakfast bundle items halal certified?

Yes, all items included in the breakfast bundle are halal certified.

What if my preferred store has run out of breakfast bundles?

Breakfast bundles are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. As breakfast bundles may run out at some stores, you can check the list of participating stores for another redemption location; or check the website again later for updated stock availability.

Stocks are replenished daily, and we’ll do our best to maintain availability across all participating stores.

What are the terms and conditions?

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open strictly to all Primary 6 students taking the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) in 2026.
A total of 12,000 Cheers Breakfast Club bundles are available for redemption, strictly while stocks last.
Both physical and digital copies of a valid P6 Student Concession Card (EZ-Link) or PSLE Examination Slip are accepted for verification.
Students or parents/guardians must present one (1) valid form of verification at designated participating Cheers or FairPrice Xpress outlets to qualify.

2. Offer details

Each Cheers Breakfast Club bundle includes: Africa Fuji Apples, Ayam Brand Tuna Flakes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brand’s Essence of Chicken, Lotus Biscoff Original, Milo Activ-Go UHT, Nestlé Koko Krunch, and Oatside Oatmilk Original.
Individual bundle items are subject to stock availability and may be replaced with alternative items of similar value without prior notice.
Redemption is strictly limited to one (1) bundle per eligible PSLE student.
The offer is valid only for a single fixed bundle and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Bundles are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash, store credit, or other retail items.

3. Redemption instructions

Redemption is available only at selected participating Cheers and FairPrice Xpress stores.
Promotion Period: Valid from 3 September 2026 (1:00 PM onwards) to 6 September 2026 (during store operating hours), while stocks last.
P6 Students or parents of P6 students must present a valid student ID or PSLE exam slip to the store cashier at the point of collection.

4. Food safety and allergens

Consumers are advised to check the ‘Best Before’ or ‘Use By’ dates printed on individual product packaging prior to consumption. Cheers, FairPrice Xpress, and FairPrice Foundation shall not be held liable for any issues arising from product consumption past the stated dates.
Consumers are advised to review the ingredients and allergen statements on product packaging carefully. Cheers, FairPrice Xpress, and FairPrice Foundation accept no liability for allergic reactions or adverse dietary effects resulting from the consumption of any bundle items.
