SINGAPORE, 3 July 2025 – To chip in some National Day spirit to Singapore’s SG60 festivities, FairPrice Group (FPG) announced today the launch of a new limited-edition range of SG60 FairPrice potato chips: Black Pepper Crab, Laksa, and Kopi. The a-peeling new range, curated to be a mash-up of Singapore’s most iconic flavours, will be available across all FairPrice supermarkets and Cheers convenience stores from July to September 2025.
To celebrate the nation’s milestone birthday, the Group also committed to sponsoring over 400,000 packs of FPG’s award-winning1 FairPrice Truffle Chips, worth close to $500,000, for National Day Parade (NDP) 2025 funpacks. Through these efforts, FPG hopes to excite and delight Singaporeans by giving them more reasons to celebrate the nation’s spud-tacular 60th birthday together.

Whether it’s with our Truffle Chips in NDP funpacks, or experiencing new fun local flavours through our SG60 chips range, our aim is to make every day a little better by giving Singaporeans a reason to celebrate and indulge affordably this National Day.”
Alongside its new SG60 FairPrice potato chip flavours, FPG has also launched a new range of flavoured cashews and potato crisps2. The new cashew flavours include wasabi, honey mustard, and garlic, and the new potato crisp flavours are original, mala, and tomato. “These new launches are part of our commitment to deliver both quality and value to Singaporeans through our Own Brands business, and we hope they make the season’s celebrations just a bit more exciting for our customers,” added Vipul.
FPG’s Own Brands business – a key component of the Group’s strategy to keep daily essentials within reach for customers – comprises over 3,500 products typically priced 10 to 15 per cent cheaper than alternatives. Across FairPrice supermarkets, one in three products in shopping baskets is an Own Brands item. Snacks are one of the top three categories through which consumers across all age groups first encounter FPG’s range of Own Brands products.
Since the start of 2025, FPG has introduced a series of initiatives aimed at ensuring that all in Singapore have the essentials they need to celebrate the nation’s birthday together. These include:
- The Save Every Day campaign – running till 10 September 2025 – which provides customers with up to $60 off a wide range of products through 400 unique vouchers;
- Committing over $5 million in savings on essentials to workers for May Day;
- 12 weeks of deals on the most-loved FairPrice housebrand products through the Best Sellers for Less campaign;
- And three waves of FairPrice Return Vouchers.
