Encouraging Healthy Habits from a Young Age

Madam Herny Natra Mohd Joha, 37, is grateful for how the Start Strong, Stay Strong, a preschool nutrition and sustainability education programme by FairPrice Foundation has helped shape healthier habits for her daughter and family.
During a supermarket trip, six-year-old Fatimah advised her family against buying a certain beverage after spotting its Nutri-Grade label. It was a proud moment for Madam Herny, who realised her daughter was actively applying her newfound nutrition knowledge, to influence healthier habits in the family. Today, Fatimah and her family actively pursue healthier food choices, creating lasting changes at home.
