NTUC FairPrice would like to assure customers that all FairPrice supermarkets, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra hypermarkets will remain open at the usual operating hours to serve their needs. As a major grocery retailer, we recognise that our customers will still need to purchase their daily essentials in spite of the haze situation in Singapore.

At the same time, FairPrice is also mindful of its employees’ health and safety and have put in place measures to protect them. All employees, including our pump attendants, trolley boys, delivery truck drivers, warehouse staff, and staff who are involved in outdoor activities have been provided with masks to use and measures are also in place to minimise strenuous outdoor activities for staff. Employees who have health concerns or are feeling unwell are encouraged to speak to their supervisors to make alternative arrangements.

FairPrice will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to protect its employees’ health and safety.
