NTUC FairPrice is launching a new recipe book with a heart. Called the Good Life Recipe Book, it contains 16 innovative recipes from a host of local celebrity chefs – namely, Michele Pavanello, Violet Oon, Elsa Van der Nest, Gero Dimaria, Chan Kwok, Sam Leong, Angelo Sanelli and Chookiat Kantha – who have collaborated with Peter Knipp Holdings and FairPrice to help the needy.

FairPrice is targeting to sell over 30,000 copies of “The FairPrice Good Life Recipe Book” in hopes of raising more than $100,000 for the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. Members of the public will be able to contribute towards this effort by purchasing The FairPrice Good Life Recipe Book for $12.80 (or $3.90 with purchases of $25 and above) at all FairPrice supermarkets and hypermarkets across Singapore.

Mr Tng Ah Yiam, Director of Integrated Purchasing, NTUC FairPrice, said “We hope to share the spirit of caring and sharing with our customers. With the FairPrice Good Life Recipe Book, our customers can enjoy a tasty home cooked meal and help the less fortunate at the same time.”

Featuring recipes that span different culinary styles and make use of an eclectic mix of ingredients, these recipes feature products available at FairPrice outlets. Besides being testament to FairPrice’s extensive product range, these recipes also reflect the cosmopolitan tastes of its customers.
