FairPrice Group 50 - Meet The Fairmily Season 2 Watch & Win Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited (the “Organiser”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Qualifying Entrants
    This Campaign is open to all individuals residing in Singapore, aged 18 and above as at the date of participation, with exception of the following:
    1. employees of the Organiser and the Organiser's affiliates (collectively, “FairPrice Group”) as well as their immediate family members;
    2. employees of the advertising, creative or promotion agencies of FairPrice Group and any other parties who are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Campaign.
  1. Campaign Mechanics
    1. The Campaign is valid from 21st March to 2nd May 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
      1. There will be 1 question posted each week throughout the Campaign Period, with a break in the week of Hari Raya Puasa between 5th to 17th April 2024.
      2. Each question is only valid for five (5) days, inclusive of the day of posting.
    2. There will be a total of five (5) weekly draws.
    3. Weekly Draw
      1. A question will be released every Thursday during the Campaign Period.
      2. Participants must answer the week’s question correctly via the entry form on the microsite at https://www.fairpricegroup.com.sg/fpg50/watch-and-win/ (“Campaign Microsite”) to be eligible for that week’s draw.
      3. Submissions will be opened from the time of question release to 8PM on the following Monday of question release (Singapore Time).
      4. Question will not be reopened for submissions after it closes.
      5. Submission of answers through other avenues (eg. commenting on social posts) other than the entry form on the Campaign Microsite will not be accepted.
      6. Each correct entry constitutes one (1) chance of winning the draw.
      7. Each participant is allowed to submit only one (1) entry. If the answer is incorrect, the entry will not be considered for the draw.

  1. Winners & Prizes
    1. Weekly draw
      1. There will be 10 Winners for each weekly draw.
      2. Each Winner will get a S$200 worth of FairPrice Group E-Voucher (“FairPrice Group E-Voucher” or, the “Prize”).
      3. FairPrice Group E-Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. No extension of validity period is allowed.
      4. FairPrice Group E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for physical vouchers and/or cash.
      5. FairPrice Group E-Voucher is accepted at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Unity, as well as online at FairPrice (www.fairprice.com.sg).
      6. Each Winner can only win a maximum of five (5) weekly draws.
    2. Winners
      1. Winners will be notified via the email address submitted in their entry on the Campaign Microsite that they have won the draw.
      2. Winners will be asked to acknowledge the email by replying to it.
      3. Only after receiving the email acknowledgment will the FairPrice Group E-Voucher and the step-by-step usage guide be sent to the winner.
      4. In the event that a Winner: (i) is uncontactable or does not respond to the Organiser within 14 days of being notified by the Organiser of his/her win; (ii) has breached any Terms and Conditions herein; or (iii) his/her entry is invalid for whatever reasons, his/her Prize will be forfeited and the Organiser shall be entitled to select another Winner. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event any eligible Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
      The Organiser’s decision regarding selection of Winners is final. Any correspondences, enquiry or appeals made including appeals to check the status of entries, will not be entertained.
      Prizes are non-transferable, given on an “as is” basis and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
  1. Liabilities
    FairPrice Group and their advertising and promotion agencies (i) make no warranties or representation regarding the quality, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prize, and (ii) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:
    1. any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign and/or collection of the Prize;
    2. any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Campaign or use of the Prize;
    3. intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period;
    4. electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign , the draw and processing of entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and/or
    5. any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify the Winner.
  1. Use of Personal Data
    1. All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to FairPrice Group in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Notice of the Organiser found at: https://www.fairpricegroup.com.sg/privacy-policy/ (“Privacy Notice”).
    2. By submitting the Campaign entries, you acknowledge that in respect of any Information you provided:
      1. you are authorised to disclose such Information; and
      2. such disclosure complies with the applicable laws and regulations on data protection and FairPrice Group have the right to use such Information for the purposes set out above. You shall hold FairPrice Group and their respective officers, directors and employees free and harmless from any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental hereto, in connection with its use of the Information.
    3. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part to allow the use by Organiser of the Winner’s name, image, voice, likeness and/or the fact that the Winner won the Prizes for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the Winner. The Winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any and all activities organised by the Organiser for these purposes.
  1. Miscellaneous
    1. Organiser reserves the right, at any time without prior notice and without any liability to any person, to (i) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign (in whole or in part); (ii) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) change the date, time and venue of the computerised draw; and/or (iv) substitute any Prize with one of similar value.
    2. In the event of disputes regarding the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser shall have the right to make the final decision. The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, conclusive and binding.
    3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign , these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    4. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
    5. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any terms of such agreement.

FairPrice Group 50 - KOL Engagement (“Contest”) is organised by NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited (“the Organiser”).

You are eligible to join the Campaign only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Qualifying Entrants
  2. This Contest is open to all residing in Singapore, aged 18 and above except for employees as well as immediate family members of all entities within FairPrice Group and their advertising, creative and promotion agencies.

  3. Campaign Mechanic
    1. The Contest will not commence earlier than 15 May 2023, and conclude later than 22 July 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
    2. The specific contest period will be stipulated by the KOL in his/her Instagram post.
    3. There will be a total of twelve (12) prizes to be won; three (3) for each KOL contest.
    4. The contest mechanic will be unique to each of the KOL – s/he will post the question/task and instructions on how to take part in the contest on his/her Instagram post.
      1. FPG only endorses the contest run by the following four (4) KOLs during the Campaign Period:
        • Melissa Celestine Koh (@melissackoh)
        • Nurul Aini (@aanurul)
        • Lennard Yeong (@lennardy)
        • Aakarshana Saravanan (@shanadramaqueen)
      2. FPG does not dictate how the contest should be run, hence the mechanics of the contest for each KOL may be different.
  4. Winner & Prizes
    1. Prizes
      1. There will be three (3) winners for each KOL contest.
      2. Each winner will get a $50 FairPrice Group E-Voucher.
      3. E-Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. No extension of validity period is allowed.
      4. E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for physical vouchers and/or cash.
      5. E-Voucher is accepted at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Warehouse Club, Unity as well as FairPrice online.
    2. Winners
      1. KOLs will notify the winners through their Instagram accounts.
      2. Winners will be asked to share their contact information for the FPG50 organising team to reach out to them.
      3. Winners will be asked to acknowledge the email via replying to it.
      4. Only after receiving the email acknowledgement will the E-Voucher code and the step-by-step usage guide be sent.
      5. Should the winner not acknowledge the email in forteen (14) days, the prize will be forfeited.
  5. Liabilities
  6. FairPrice, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (i) makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prize, and (ii) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:

    1. any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in this Draw or collection of the Prize;
    2. any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Draw or use of the Prize;
    3. intervention by unauthorized parties during the Draw period;
    4. electronic or human errors in the administration of the Draw and processing of Entries; and
    5. any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify the winner.
  7. Use of Personal Data
    1. All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to Organiser and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Organiser found at: https://www.fairpricegroup.com.sg/privacy-policy/ (“Privacy Policy”).
    2. By submitting the Campaign entries, you agree to grant and authorize Organiser the right to collect, use, process and disclose your name and contact information, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of:
      1. the conduct and administration in relation to the Campaign (including without limitation to the collection / delivery of Prizes to the Winners);
      2. for any and all purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
    3. By submitting the Campaign entries, you acknowledge that in respect of any Information you provided:
      1. you are authorized to disclose such Information; and
      2. such disclosure complies with the applicable laws and regulations on privacy, and the Organiser together with its affiliates, have the right to use such Information for the purposes set out above. You shall hold the Organiser and all of its officers, directors and employees free and harmless from any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with its use of the Information.
    4. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner's part to allow the use by Organiser of the Winner's name, image, voice, likeness and/or the fact that the Winner won the Prizes for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the Winner. The Winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any and all activities organized by the Organiser for these purposes.
  8. Miscellaneous
    1. The decisions of FairPrice on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, including the Promotion Period and winners, are final, conclusive and binding. FairPrice shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
    2. Organiser reserves the right, at any time without prior notice and without any liability to any person, to (i) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign (in whole or in part); (ii) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) change the date, time and venue of the draw; or (iv) substitute any Prize with one of similar value.

    1. The participating period for the AskYouAh FPG50 Tote Bag Giveaway starts on 31 Jul 2023, 1800 hrs and ends on 06 Aug 2023, 2359 hrs. FairPrice reserves the right to alter the participating period.
    2. The act of the participants commenting on FairPrice’s Facebook contest post constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in addition to any applicable terms of use found on the Platforms.
    3. Please read the following Terms and Conditions below before participating in the contest to ensure that your entry is valid.
  1. Contest
    1. To join, participants have to:
      • Tell us their favourite memory of FairPrice and stand to win a limited edition FPG50 bag filled with birthday goodies worth $50!
    2. Each participant is eligible to win only one prize in the draw, which is assigned by FairPrice.
    3. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique.
    4. 10 most memorable entries will be chosen as the winners.
    5. Participants will need to show proof of identification to verify that they share the same birthdate as FairPrice (i.e. 22 July) upon prize collection.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The contest is open to all Singapore residents with eligible Identification Documents with exception to employees of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Ltd and their immediate family members.
    2. All participating entries will be screened to ensure participants are submitting entries in accordance with the instructed rules. Should FairPrice find any explicit, unrelated or unsuitable content, entry shall be forfeited.
    3. By participating in the contest, the participant understands and agree that:
      • Their personal data including name, identification, image, photographs, voice recordings may be collected, used, disclosed and/or transferred by or between FairPrice or its related or affiliated co-operatives and organisations for the purposes of conducting and administrating the contests including such matters as publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media without further notification, remuneration or compensation to me.

  3. Prizes
    1. All 10 winners will each win a limited edition FPG50 tote bag filled with items worth $50.
    2. Only selected entries will be contacted. Winning participants are to share their post to FairPrice as part of entry validation. Entries used for submission may be distributed on FairPrice Platforms. The decision of FairPrice on all matters relating to or in connection with the Contest shall be final and binding. FairPrice shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any participant on any matter relating to the Contest.
    3. By participating in the contest, the participant understands and agree that:
      • Their personal data including name, identification, image, photographs, voice recordings may be collected, used, disclosed and/or transferred by or between FairPrice or its related or affiliated co-operatives and organisations for the purposes of conducting and administrating the contests including such matters as publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media without further notification, remuneration or compensation to me.
      • Winners will be notified within 7 working days after the end of contest via Facebook and must fill in the google form shared with their full name, delivery address and contact number by the stipulated deadline for prize collection details. In the case that the selected participant is unable to submit the details within the stipulated period, FairPrice reserves the right to forfeit his/her prize and/or select an alternative winner. The selected prizes are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable. All prizes that are not claimed before the stipulated deadline will be forfeited.
  4. General
    1. All entries shall become the sole and exclusive property of FairPrice. Entries may be shared and distributed in FairPrice outlets with/without accreditation. FairPrice shall own and have the sole and exclusive right to use, copy, distribute, translate, modify, display and prepare derivative works of entries, as well as the right to authorise such uses by others.
    2. Participation in the Contest constitutes permission for FairPrice, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the winner’s names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. FairPrice will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the Materials or any submitted photograph/work.
    3. By participating in this Contest, the winning Participants grant FairPrice the right to publish the results of the Contest and Prizes, and disclose and publish their information (including name) on the Platforms.
    4. FairPrice reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Contest without any prior notice.
