NTUC FairPrice extends its operating hours during the Lunar New Year

SINGAPORE, 23 January 2014 – NTUC FairPrice will be extending its operating hours during the Lunar New Year period to cater to the needs of customers.
Eight stores, in addition to the existing 50 24-hour stores, will operate 24 hours on 29 January.
On the eve of the Lunar New Year (30 January), all outlets will open as usual and close at 5pm except for 13 FairPrice 24-hour stores located across the island, which will remain open throughout the festive season. These 13 stores will remain open on the eve and on the first day of Lunar New Year (31 January). (Please refer to Appendix.) The Changi Airport Terminal 3 store will open at 7am and close at 11pm on the eve and 5pm on the first day of the Lunar New Year.
On the second day of the Lunar New Year (1 February), 86 stores across the island will open at their usual opening hours and close at 5 pm. Another 13 stores will open at 7 am and operate as per their normal operating hours. 15 stores resume their normal operating hours while 7 stores will remain closed on this day.
All FairPrice stores will resume normal operating hours on the third day of Chinese New Year (2 February) with the exception of the store located at ITE College Central.
